Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns as they are considered health hazards.

Defective Products:
You have up to 15 days to report any defective items. Please contact us via email at MSPGsales@iCloud.com to address the issue. Do not send any returns without first speaking to one of our sales agents. We do not open return packages sent without prior authorization, and we will not be responsible for such returns.

Manufacturer Warranties:
All products come with manufacturer warranties, which can range from 90 days to 10 years, depending on the product. Upon receiving your product, please fill out the warranty card and send it to the manufacturer. For any questions regarding manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly. Their contact information can be found on the warranty card.
